The beds were comfy, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. the lift only goes to the second floor, so be prepared for a climb if you're on the top floor. Limited meal options during breakfast left something to be desired, but the home-cooked meals were decent overall.

My first night had no hot water, which was frustrating. The shower issues were not clearly communicated, and I had to ask for help. It was disappointing to experience challenges with basic amenities, which should be straightforward for any hotel.

Lovely breakfast included with good variety and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The location is fantastic right by the seafront and close to attractions like the aquarium and Skegness Pier.

I recently spent 5 days at the hotel and it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and basic, just what I needed for my stay. The staff really stood out, especially a lovely server named Jenny who was always cheerful and helpful. The food was honestly remarkable. every meal was delicious and hot when served.
